    Best gym ever... I'll be going back the minute we can afford it again. the only time I ever actually got results! Really missing it.

    I've been wanting to try CrossFit at an affiliate for a couple of years. I've done a range of different exercise and weight loss programs over the years. Regular gymming, running, cycling, Weight Watchers, swimming, P90X. But nothing I have done has been as comprehensive and fulfilling as what I get at Adapt. Every day I want to get there and try my hand at what's on the board. All the coaches are supportive, instructive and know their stuff. While I've only experienced one other CrossFit box, this one has it beat by a mile. I intend to CrossFit for as long as a possibly can and while I'm living in Canberra, it'll be at Adapt.
